Key Responsibilities:

Human Resources & Administration

§  Reporting directly to the CEO, responsible for the smooth and profitable operation of a company’s human resources department.

§  Typically, supervising and providing consultation to management on strategic staffing plans, compensation, benefits, training and development, budget, and labor relations

§  Establishing the Human Resources Department in Digi Square global “UK-Egypt-Angola-Dubai-KSA” along with policies and procedures of the company and the country related.

§  Manages all human resources related activities including recruitment, compensation, career development, performance measurement, training and personnel affairs.

§  Execute talent management programs including performance management, training, total rewards, global benefits, surveys, and compensation

§  Manages the human resources planning process to determine the Company’s long-term staffing needs through discussing the personnel needs with department managers and prepares personnel forecasts to plan employment needs.

§  Lead the development and execution of Human Resources strategic and annual plans in alignment with the organizational goals, and mission

Health & Safety Manager

§  Promoting positive health and safety culture in a workplace.

§  Involves roles that seek to maintain a safe work environment for company employees.

§  Health and safety training courses for employees to educate them on necessary safety procedures.

§  Conduct risk assessments and site inspections to identify work areas that pose threats to life and property.

§  prepare periodic safety statistics and submit to safety managers for review.
