Social Media Account Manager
This is a fun job where a candidates will have the opportunity to manage the
social pages of our clients and coordinate with the team to ensure images,
content, queries and post/tweets, Influencer campaigns, etc are executed as per
a plan they’ve helped to develop.
An Account Manager is the primary point of contact with the client and is responsible to communicate with the client on a daily basis and work with the team to manage stakeholder expectations.
A job with lots of responsibility and the potential to learn and grow! We are looking for someone who is excited to learn about Digital Marketing, Campaign management and execution, and social media management.
JOB PRINCIPAL ACCOUNTABILITIES AND JOB CONTENT
1. Create, manage, evaluate and optimize new marketing campaigns across
social media channels following brand standards and guidelines.
2. Develop content/copy for the brand that you manage.
3. Day to day liaising with the client and the internal team, live coverage
of the events at client site.
4. Conceptualize creative ideas for social media imagery and executing them.
5. Utilizing social media tools to monitor trending topics on social media
6. and finding areas of opportunity/jumping into trending conversations.
7. Crafting unique and creative ways to grow our social media following via
contests, partnerships and by utilizing other social growth hacks.
8. Good in creating and making presentations
9. Developing and executing Influencer campaigns along with building
relations with Influencers
QUALIFICATION, SKILLS & EXPERIENCE
1. Needs to be very good copywriting & marketing concepts.
2. Fluent in English and Arabic.
3. Has to be very comfortable with social media tools.
4. Ideally, a Business / Marketing / Social Media graduate with relevant
working experience with an agency.
5. Proven interest in, and demonstrable experience of using various forms of
social media in a creative way.
6. Must have impeccable attention to detail and be able to provide constructive feedback to the supporting teams.
7. Must be proactive with managing Works in Progress and maintaining resource planning boards.
8. Must have Social Media experience of atleast 2 years with a brand or agency.
