Senior Graphic Designer
Develop new brand identities, enhance existing brands and create brand guidelines for the brands.
With a good eye for aesthetics, you’ll work on new concepts, brainstorm ideas, prototype mockups, apply visual design to web and app projects, refine design directions, and finalize files for implementation in both traditional and digital media.
Work with the content, marketing and digital teams to create creative campaigns in line with set KPIs
Design themes, layouts and content for social media and other digital media tools like google ads, banner ads etc
Design art layouts for materials such as profiles, newsletters, fact sheets, flyers, posters, infographics, sales kits, events, internal and external signage, e-mails and mobile experiences.
Create attractive 2D animation graphics
Design and produce highly creative, impactful presentations for the management, business development, sales and marketing teams as needed.
Creation of media kits, event related collaterals including pre and post event marketing
Design and production of print and online advertisements
Oversee print projects from design to completion including choice of materials, visits to the printers to ensure quality of final product
Visualization and mock ups – produce graphic and physical examples of marketing materials for management approvals
Update brand guidelines periodically.
Other design duties as needed
The successful candidate must have worked for at least 8 years in the role of a graphic designer and demonstrated skills in typography, layout, photography, and color and logo development with the ability to deftly move from concept through completion.
Must have the ability to effectively manage multiple tasks at a time, prioritizing where necessary and providing updates when required – ability to work on multiple projects under tight deadlines
Skill and experience in 2D animation and other talents like calligraphy, drawing etc would be an additional advantage.
Experience with completing projects in both digital and print
Would have an understanding of contemporary design trends and software with the ability to adapt to a wide range of products and brand tenets
