The Royal Riviera Hotel is looking for a Sales Manager.The ideal candidate is a motivated, well-organized individual who is ready to work in dynamic work environment and is passionate to provide great service to guests. Our sales team main aim is to drive the business revenue growth, through identification and implementation of new business opportunities and superior customer retention strategies.
Achieve management’s set sales targets.
Develop and execute strategies to drive business in new and existing markets
Partner with Talent Acquisition to identify and recruit top sales talent
Mentor employees to help them achieve individual & team objectives
Prepare and submit reports on general business progress and developments to the management;
Ensure property sales and leasing services are advertised to all relevant clients, using multiple channels;
Develop new business and generate new revenue streams and stay up to date with local hospitality market trends
Must have Experience in the Qatar or GCC Hotel market.
3+ years’ of sales experience
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Must hold a valid Qatar driver’s license
