Requirement : IT Sales Account Manager

Roles and Responsibilities:
 Required candidate with strong communication, listening and presentation skills.
 Strong telephonic and emails skills. Gather sales lead generation opportunities through outbound call, cold call emails presentations for stronger potential database
 Routinely meet client to ensure satisfaction and address any potential issues appropriately
 Provide timely customized service solutions and services to our customers in order to meet their requirements and exceed their satisfaction levels
 Should join product trainings and maintain relationship with vendors
 Able to handle technical meetings with IT Heads/CIO/CISO’s for understanding requirements
 Should alone manage site visits for any Structured cabling/CCTV/DR Solutions
Experience and Education:
 Atleast 2-3 years of experience in selling IT Services and Hardware
 A proven, successful track record in handling set of accounts in past organization.
 Minimum Bachelor’s degree in related discipline or engineering field,MBA is a plus
 Driving License will be a plus, However not mandatory
Key Technical Skills:
 Endpoint/UTM : Kaspersky/ESET/Bitdefender/Fortigate/Sophos
 ELV Projects handling
 End to End Structured Cabling
 DR and Backup solution
