Responsible for Complete store administration and ensure compliance with policies and procedures.
Follow visit Schedule route plan
Plan and oversee in-store promotional events or display
Keep abreast of market trends to determine the need for improvements in the store
Ensuring the team is well equipped with proper knowledge and providing refresher training as and when required.
Proficiency in using Microsoft Office + ERP software products
Bachelor’s Degree/master’s degree (Any discipline)
EXPERIENCE: 3 Years
