Regional Sales Manager KSA

Our mission is to create value for our extensive client base by providing industry leading, high quality, and innovative architectural and building envelope solutions, including design, engineering, procurement, manufacturing, fabrication, installation and project management.

We are now seeking an experienced Regional Sales Manager, ideally with experience in the construction sector to lead sales and marketing activities for the company’s product range in the region.

Responsibilities will include:

.Overall responsibility for sales and marketing

. Developing, maintaining, and managing client relationships

. Identify, structure and lead marketing initiatives

. Generate sales leads and tender opportunities

. Identify new product opportunities

. Manage the tender process from inception to successful conclusion

. Assist in setting business plan, goals and objectives and take responsibility for their achievement in the region

. Provide regional business and market analysis

Requirements:

· Must be based in and able to work in Saudi Arabia

· Degree or equivalent relevant discipline

· Demonstrable track record in sales and business development

· Min. 5 years in sales management, ideally in construction related sector or products, preferably with experience in cladding or external envelope.

· High degree of computer literacy

· Highly developed interpersonal, people and client management skills

. Proven experience in successful negotiation of large-scale building envelope projects
