Job Overview

We have an excellent opportunity available for “QSR Business Development Manager” to make a difference at Kraft Heinz MEA. You’ll be responsible to develop Kraft Heinz business within the QSR (Quick Service Restaurant) channel and develop partnerships with both Global and Local players to the region. You’ll be reporting into the Head of Food service MEA based in Dubai. Get ready for a lot of exposure to internal senior stakeholders, the delivery of net sales value, account plans. You need to have strong analytical problem solving skills to implement the division and channel strategy. The development and growth of Kraft Heinz QSR business in MEA will be your primary responsibility.

In brief, you will be responsible for;

Take ownership of the Customer relationship, executing the sales plan for each account to deliver the targeted results (sales volume and revenue; profit; customer satisfaction)
Lead the portfolio expansion strategy and manage new product launches as defined in the JBP (joint business plans)
Support all market activation activities to build brand development and maximize brand performance within the QSR Channel. Identifying market potential and build a new customer pipeline
Work in partnership with the distribution teams in GCC, Egypt & Turkey

What you will be doing:

· Your key responsibility is to sell and negotiate all our products, concepts and commercial propositions

· You will can create and deliver a profitable change, within a balanced business plan, to achieve customer category targets and Kraft Heinz strategies.

· You will be devising and implementing a customer promotional plan consistent with category guidelines

· You will manage the business interface between our customer/s in all aspects of the customers and category

· Your priorities include driving KPIs within our customers to maximize sales

Skills you will need:

· You’ve completed a Bachelor’s/Master’s degree

· You have minimum 7 years of experience in Sales within the QSR/Foodservice

· You possess strong customer relationship management skills

· You have experience in managing projects across multiple departmental functions

· Analytical skills

· You are commercially and financially astute

· You possess the ability to make commercial decisions based on judgement, often under significant time pressure

· You have demonstrated clear career progression
