Job Description

  • To administer and manage lease agreements.
  • Renewal of leases  for residential properties owned by the company and be a key single point of contact for all key clients  to ensure efficient and timely services
  • Head Leasing. 
  • Maximize Occuapncywith minimal turn around times.
  • Meet prospective and current customer to deal with any issues or queries relating to retaining the property – ensuring  customer satisfaction.
  • Provide high quality of customer service and take an active role in the tenant retention program and cross selling.
  • Respond promptly  to all enquiries, either by email, phone or voicemail.
  • Carry out regular property inspections  and report it to the Assistant Property Manager.
  • Escalate any discount/waiver requests and obtains necessary  approvals. 
  • Prepare offers, new leases, renewals, termination, legal and extensions  and obtain necessary signature and payments.
  • Communicate the lease details to tenant and liaise with Finance and Accounts department for the lease payments.
  • Retain the copy of signed lease agreement  in the electronic and hard records together with current tenant’s documents.
  • Arrange for a joint move-in I move out inspection with the tenant.
  • Follow alll standard operating procedure associates with the operation and management of the property Management & leasing Dept.
  • Prepare the list of contracts expiring in the next three months and issue notices to tenants for either renewal or cancellation
  • Notifies FM for the inspection dates for forthcoming vacant units.
  • Evaluate the break of lease terms and obtains further approval/rejection as per the policy.
  • Obtain  and Maintains  up-to-date  tenants documents in the tenant file both In hard and soft copy
  • Updates the resid_ential wait list database with clients’ details and contacts them when required properties become available.
  • Works closely and co-ordinate  with the FM, section for all maintenance related queries.
  • Ensure all the information  in CRM is accurate and updated.
  • Performs  any other relevant task as directed· by Head of Property Management & Leasing.

Skills & Qualifications:

  • 1-2 years experience with preferably – 1 year of relevant property management/leasing experience
  • Diploma or equivalent in the related field.
