Manage and successfully deliver complex IT Development, Implementation and Integration projects specifically for Qatar Airways Customer Contact Centre in compliance with the project standards and processes of the Qatar Airways IT, to meet defined business requirements within agreed timeline and cost. You will establish priorities and drive technical initiatives, Vendor to provide timely response to escalations and to maintain a robust and stable production environment. In addition to the technical expertise in contact center Technologies, strong verbal and written communication skills are crucial.
Proficiency in English Language is Desirable
