Performance Marketing Executive
As a Performance Marketing Specialist, you will:
– End to end PM responsibility across known channels including social media, e-commerce, email marketing, etc..
-Performing A/B testing & ROI optimization
-Implementing programmatic advertising campaigns
– Assist in the planning and execution of creative marketing campaigns to support customer acquisition strategies
– Gather and report key insights and performance metrics of marketing campaigns
-Collaborating with the content team & providing data insights
-Ad testing and campaign optimization (performance monitoring, bid management, budget pacing, forecasting, A/B testing, and keyword expansion)
-Setting up and optimizing Google Analytics goals and tracking/conversion pixels
-Experience setting up and managing Google AdWords campaigns and Google Tag Manager
-Hands on experience with paid media channels: Paid Search, Display, PPC, Retargeting, SEO, Programmatic advertising
-Knowledge of 3rd party SEO tools and Audience and/or Social Media Management tools
-2-3 years paid media/performance marketing experience
-Experience in Paid Media and Syndication campaigns is also a plus
-Excellent written and verbal communications skills
-Comfortable dealing with a fast pace, some ambiguity, and managing multiple deliverables and conflicting priorities
-Hands-on experience in marketing automation concepts (tools, scripts, APIs, dynamic/triggered campaigns).
-Experience with affiliate marketing, remarketing/retargeting campaigns, and display advertising.
Plus points if you’re Google AdWords and Analytics certified
