The Operations Manager role is responsible for managing the Domino’s Pizza operations in UAE Market and covers the following:
Meeting/exceeding the Market’s financial / Operations Excellence targets
Ensure excellent customer service, quality products, and efficient delivery service.
Proper management of resources such as manpower, bench planning, training, finances, facilities, and maximizing market potentials of each store.
Provide communication between the departments and stores and ensures company policies and procedures are followed and reports are rendered in a timely manner.
Requirements & Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree graduate preferably in Hotel & Restaurant Management, Business Management, Marketing, or any business-related course.
8 -10 years of Operational or Business Management experience, preferably in the QSR or Food Service industry.
Good Knowledge in Operations and Sales Management, Financial Analysis with decent exposure to Marketing.
Knowledge of QSR industry specifics, ability to work closely with other departments.
Excellent communication and presentation skills; good in strategy and analytical and has good attention to detail.
Disciplined focused and determined to deliver and exceed the targets.
Pro-active and knowledgeable; ability to multi-task, controlling several projects simultaneously.
