If you live and breathe digital marketing, we want to talk to you. We are looking for a Digital Marketing Manager to develop, implement, track and optimize our digital marketing campaigns across all digital channels.

The Digital Marketing Manager is responsible for implementing and managing digital marketing campaigns that promote Finance House and its products and/or services and plays a major role in enhancing brand awareness within the digital space as well as driving traffic and acquiring leads/customers.

Your daily tasks

Plan and execute all digital marketing tasks, including SEO/SEM, marketing database, email, social media and display advertising campaigns.
Design, build and maintain our social media presence.
Plan, execute and measure experiments and conversion tests.
Consistently monitor ROI across marketing channels and segments.
Capitalize on a proven experience in marketing and campaigns. Efficiently performs tasks related to Display Advertising, PPC, SEO, Social Media and Email.
Experience in B2C & B2B Digital Marketing.
Leverage digital marketing best practices and tools to attract, target, convert and retain customers through harnessing the collective deployment of search, proximity; programmatic, test and targeting tactics.
Ensure governance standards for campaign and marketing operations are well-managed.
Manage and inspire external partners in the development of digital marketing initiatives.
Actively participate in marketing media planning, sales conversions and delivery management.
Continuously apply digital customer insights to improve digital content and experience and optimize customer value.
Constantly pursue digital marketing opportunities through effectively leveraging market research, customer feedback mechanisms, digital tools and digital analytics to heighten digital customer experience and financial goals.
Manage all digital marketing programs. Regularly report findings and identify campaign optimization opportunities to fulfill key business goals.
Execute media and marketing spends to ensure effective utilization of digital marketing budgets to meet and exceed efficiency goals.
Actively participate in the development of digital capabilities to support the distribution of products and services.
Develop digital retention programs, marketing campaigns and programs to enhance customer acquisition and repeat purchase.
Collaborate with local and regional teams to enhance digital marketing tools and capabilities.
Establish and monitor industry level benchmarks for digital marketing performance and digital customer experience.
Manage key relationships with all internal departments.
Manage the company’s social media channels (Facebook, Twitter, YouTube, LinkedIn, etc.).
Plan and execute quarterly multi-channel marketing campaigns and manage performance against expected outcomes.
Participate in the budgeting process and provide feedback on growth and marketing strategy.
Utilize strong analytical ability to evaluate end-to-end customer experience across multiple channels and customer touchpoints.
Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in online marketing and measurement.
Work with product and marketing teams to implement any required website changes.
Weekly and monthly reporting on website and channel traffic.


Strong in data analytics (A/B testing, reporting, spotting indicators and patterns) and able to apply that in pivot tactics.
Strong in excel with exposure to MarTech and automation.
Demonstrable experience in leading and managing SEO/SEM, marketing databases, emails, social media and/or display advertising campaigns.
Experience in optimizing landing pages and user funnels.
Strong in identifying growth opportunities and finding out where target markets ‘hang out’.
Metrics driven – Think conversion rate, CPA, life time value of customer, etc.
Experience with A/B and multivariate experiments.
Solid knowledge of website analytics tools (e.g.: Google Analytics)
Experience in setting up and optimizing Google Adwords, LinkedIn Ads, Facebook Ads and Twitter Ads campaigns.
Working knowledge of HTML, CSS and JavaScript development and constraints.
Should be able to translate value position into benefit statements and experiments to drive more traffic to landing pages and start sales processes.


Bachelor’s degree in marketing or a related field.
Experienced (7+ years) in digital marketing, preferably in banking, with deep knowledge of underlying concepts and technologies.
