Job Overview

Job Purpose:

Expanding SABIS® global footprint by working with potential partners to assess new opportunities and put in place a plan for the launch of new schools; researching new markets and regulations to help build appropriate market entry strategies.

Key Responsibilities:

Building market position by locating, developing, defining, and building business relationships.
Performing ongoing research on the global education market to identify new opportunities and regulatory requirements.
Locating or proposing potential opportunities by initiating relationships with potential partners; discovering and exploring business opportunities.
Successfully launching new school projects by coordinating requirements, developing and negotiating contracts, and integrating contract requirements with business operations.
Keeping abreast of new trends and changes in the education and business world.
Researching and identifying new business opportunities including new markets, growth areas, trends, customers and services, and generating leads and prospective partnerships.
Assessing SABIS® business and expansion needs and providing developmental opportunities.
Working on the business development programs to provide technical, marketing, and financial assistance.
Analyzing, evaluating, and reporting prospective school’s viability in a new market.
Assisting in marketing strategies of all lending and business development programs.
Understanding the local legal framework of the new markets; reviewing and negotiating contracts, and submitting to legal team for further input.
Discussing promotional strategy and activities with the marketing department.
Liaising with the finance, legal, and academic development departments as appropriate.
Seeking new strategies to improve the way the business operates.
Examining risks and potentials for the business opportunities.
Performing other related tasks as they arise and as delegated by Management.
Ideal Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, or Management. MBA is a plus.
Certifications in Project Management is a plus
English proficient, Arabic is a plus
A minimum of 5+ years of experience in the field
Professional Behavior and Ethical Conduct
Communication skills
Ability to work within a team
