Job Overview

Human Resource Specialist is responsible for overseeing the overall functionality and support day-to-day activities of WSE HR department. HR Specialist responsibilities include processing employee data, updating company policies, work on efficient HR department development, build relationships with employees, and assisting in the hiring process fully.

To be successful in this role, you should have solid organizational skills and be familiar with HR functions, and make sure all HR operations run smoothly.

Responsibilities Daily Job duties:

• Maintaining physical and digital personnel records and information management

• Update internal employment database related to hiring, transferring, promoting and termination • Explain Human Resource policies, procedures, laws and standards to new and existing employees • Ensuring new hire paperwork is completed and processed

• Addressing any employment relations issues, such as work complaints Workforce Planning and Employment:

• Implementing the organizations recruiting strategy

• Updating and reviewing Job Descriptions

• Create job posts and advertisements

• Sorting and screening CVs

• Interview applicants

• Assist with pre-employment technical assessment or business cases

• Conduct new employee orientation

• Processing hiring, transfers, promotions and terminations HR Development:

• Perform quarter and annual employee performance reviews

• Follow up with managers on 3 months’ probation period evaluation

• Make decisions on contract status before probation period expiry

• Analyzing job duties

• Develop Career Paths

• Develop and plan training with departments managers as needed for existing and new employees

• Promote positive company image, plan for positive and healthy work atmosphere (By choosing the right people and build positive relations with employees)

Skills & Requirements:

• 2 – 5 years Work experience as an HR Administrator or similar roles

• Work experience in full recruitment process

• Knowledge of labor legislation

• Talent Acquisition background • Good verbal and written communication skills

• Ability to use HR software (Training Available)
