Human Resources Business Partner
Oversee all human resources operations and ensure they are aligned with the business unit goals and objectives. Acts as an advisor and business partner in issues related to talent acquisition, talent management, organizational development, employee relations, compensation and benefits, and human resources policies, programs, and practices of the business
Design HR strategic plans, that will positively impact the business performance of the Business Unit.
Provide support to the Operations Team in implementing DPI (Domino’s Pizza International) and Alamar Corporate initiatives.
Serves as consult and advisor to operations leaders and line management in providing daily HR guidance.
Work closely with HR Teams and Operations Department for alignment and to ensure all best practices put in place.
Oversee and monitor business unit monthly manpower cost, employee’s legal contracts, and GOSI, including monitoring of employee benefits, medical insurance, leave management, and attendance.
Develop a workforce planning and Initiate to build a career development program from staffing levels – promotion from within; create a plan to assist Store Crew to be developed into Store Managers, etc.
Work closely with management and employees to improve employee engagement, work relationships, build morale, and increase productivity and retention.
Review HR policy and develop new if necessary; provide a high standard of advice and coaching in all aspects of employee relations; ensure HR Team compliance with relevant local labor policy in dealing with labor disputes and working up close with the Legal consultants on employee’s Affairs management.
Work on enhancing and maintaining excellent employee experience and engagement.
Support the Talent Acquisition team in Hiring and Selection and develop a strategy for localization / Saudization initiatives.
Monitor and oversee performance management cycles, and corrective actions might be required for the business unit.
Monitor and report on workforce planning, employee database, and succession planning
Identify training needs for teams and individuals and coordinate with the Training Team to create a training plan.
Graduate of bachelor’s degree preferably in Human Resources Management or any related field
Preferably with certification from CIPD, SHRM, or any related HR professional body.
Withal least 5 to 8 years of proven work experience as an HR Business Partner in KSA
Has a full understanding of all HR functions and best practices and extensive KSA Market knowledge.
Knowledge and experience in handling Legal offices, GOSI, KSA Banks, and Governmental offices.
Has thorough knowledge of labor legislation for Saudi Arabia.
Can communicate well in English
Must be Saudi Nationality.
