Hotels – Business Development Director
This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Business Development / Hotel Group Operations Director to join NEOM Hotel Division and help define and develop all marketing planning and performance of the Hotels in order to achieve overall goals and delivery dates of this key project.
Develop a shared Service Center for all hotels to improve operational efficiency and profitability and reduce overall CAPEX / FF&E requirements.
Create Sales and Marketing plans that generate sustainable demand for NEOM.
Secure partnerships with investors.
Generate support from on-line travel agencies and travel organizations.
Set operational guidelines to ensure compliance with NEOM health, safety, service and performance standards.
Establish pricing guidelines per category to maximize revenue opportunities within NEOM.
Build ties and relationships with key Hotel Management Companies

Qualifications & Experience
Minimum of 15 years of experience
