About the job
To spearhead organizational development including talent acquisition and assessment, performance appraisal, employee engagement & employee development and training for all functions across the CBOB Region.
The assessment, development and training provided through the Talent Management Function shall support the CBOB employees in developing their performance, social, leadership &functional skills, enhancing productivity and quality of work and building loyalty to the company. The role will also managing the end to end Performance Management Process i.e. – from goal setting to managing the year end performance and talent identification process. Furthermore, the job would involve managing and running the Employee Engagement Survey for CBOB across the MEA region.
In addition to the above, the position will be responsible to oversee the day to day activities of the Talent Management Function and also share and drive best practices across both the SIG & the OIG group.
The Head of Talent Management will be responsible for the Training Center Budget (except Technical Service Training) as well as all costs related to assessing, developing and training of CBOB employees.
Required work experience and skills:
.10 – 12 years of experience as Organizational Development and/or Training Lead within FMCG industry with 5 – 6 years as Organizational Development and/orTraining Manager. Experienced in interfacing with and influencing senior organization leaders. Experience and understanding of hard technology.
.Hands on project management skills are essential.
.Demonstrated ability to design and implement organizational learning strategy.
Required educational qualifications:
.Qualification: Bachelor’s degree in Business/Management/HR/Engineering; preferably Masters
.Certified Assessor (BPS, Saville, SHL, 360 development or on similar tools) is a must.
