We are now seeking a talented Finance Manager to deliver the financial strategy in our office in Qatar.

What you’ll be doing

As the Finance Manager, you will be working in close partnership with the business and global leaders to formulate and execute financial strategies that will directly contribute to the growth of the business
You will have a mandate to focus on critical spend areas, whilst driving commercial value and finding cost savings and efficiencies in a fluid and agile environment
Reporting to the Country Manager and Global CFO, you will be able to make your mark on how a businesses financial functions and processes will be delivered going forward.
You will closely with senior leaders to openly and transparently discuss ideas and strategy

What we’re looking for

Commercial Mindset: Proven experience developing financial plans, forecasts and adapting them to meet the needs of the business
Data Driven Specialist: The knowledge to look at the “bigger picture” from the data available and decide how best to deploy resources effectively.
Negotiator: The ability to negotiate with all stakeholders to reach acceptable financial outcomes.
Analyst: Being able to understand outside market trends and how they will affect the training landscape

What you’ll need

Formal Finance or Accountancy qualifications/certifications (ACCA, CIMA etc)
Several years manager level experience in a finance function, ideally within a training/educational business environment
Experience of working in a matrix organization – functional reporting and partnering with stakeholders
Exceptional organization and communication skills combined with leadership capability.
Adaptable personality and technical skills
Detail orientated and analytically minded.
High levels of communication skills to manage internal stakeholders and end users
