Job Overview

We are seeking energetic and reliable professional to join our team at Ghaseel as Customer Service Representative.

The candidates will be responsible for answering incoming customer calls, emails and social media comments, utilizing company policies to solve customer issues and directing calls and mails to the managerial team when necessary.

Our Customer Service Representatives are the first point of contact for customers’ service issues, so we are interested in hiring individuals with a commitment to customer satisfaction and an ability to make quick and accurate decisions.


• Answer incoming customer phone calls and take appropriate action for each call.

• Follow up orders and ensure delivery.

• Reply to emails from customers and take appropriate action for each email in English and Arabic.

• Identify and maintain customer satisfaction ratings based on explicit criteria set forth by the company.

• Use company policies to determine if there can be an immediate resolution to a customer issue or if that issue requires special managerial input.

• Input data into the company computer platform to keep each customer record updated.

• Work side by side with the team in developing the business and achieve the milestones.

• Pro-active in the daily brainstorming sessions at the office.

• Attend training sessions to stay updated on product or company policy changes and market issues.
