Job Description and purpose of the position


KGS is looking for a creative Copywriter to write clear and concise content for social media and to enrich KGS and Healthcare websites.


Our ideal candidate must have creative ideas and experience in producing new content types and is expected to coordinate with the marketing and design teams to illustrate articles.

Requirements and Qualifications

·        Creativity

·        Proven experience as a copywriter or related role for 5-10 years

·        Knowledge of online content strategy and creation

·        Excellent writing, editing and proofreading skills

·        Strong research skills

·        Collaborative spirit

·        Excellent time-management and organizational skills

·        Ability to deliver creative web content (text, image and video)

·        Ability to meet deadlines

·        Hands-on experience with Content Management Systems (e.g. WordPress) is an added benefit


General responsibilities:

·        Respect and work through the company philosophy conform to the mission statement and vision.

·        Development of professionalism of the team

·        Reach goals as agreed with the Group Creative Director

·        Promote content on social media

·        Identify customers’ needs and gaps in our content and recommend new topics

·        Ensure all-around consistency (style, fonts, images, and tone)

·        Update website content as needed

·        Update our social media pages with compelling company news

·        Coordinate with internal teams to create advertising posts (e.g. for events, and product releases)

·        Apply advertising techniques to boost brand awareness, like promotions and competitions

·        Create reporting when required


Scope of responsibilities and competences

·        Within the scope of responsibility given by the Group Marketing Director

·        Set priorities and determine the various tasks for the marketing team in line with the agreed goals and objectives.

·        Maintain the planning and work within the agreed deadlines and budget

·        Integration within the global team
