Achieve the Marketing and Sales financial objective by forecasting the requirements, Preparing the Annual Budget, Action Plans and Business Development initiatives.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Achieving the agreed on sales quota per supplier per area.
Ensure a proper implementation of the commercial plans by adopting the best Sales force measures in relation to the industry trend.
Prepare a monthly report, including sales funnel, customer relationship management (CRM) and market information system (MIS) including all marketing activities and market trends.
Build a strong relationship with our customers in order to maintain a good revenue growth.
Develop a pricing strategy to ensure the right market position and maintain the proper market share.
Manage the inventory through an appropriate plan and policy.
Performing any other duties related to the job as assigned by the manager.
QUALIFICATIONS, EXPERIENCE, Skills & Knowledge:
BS/BA in Life Sciences and research , advanced degree or MBA preferred.
5-7 years of marketing experience (preferably with management experience) in the Life Sciences industry or closely related field.
Experience in nucleic acid reagent and consumables product development, marketing, sales and support for Life Sciences.
Experience in NGS product development, marketing and support strongly preferred (experience managing NGS data analysis solutions a plus).
Experience in molecular pathogen detection and infectious disease diagnostics reagents highly desirable.
Proven experience in delivering tangible results in a product development capacity by successfully launching and bringing new products to market on time and within budget.
Proficiency in Arabic

Internal Work Relationships, Communications:
Coordinate with the Operations and Logistics Manager regarding the procurement of items.
Coordinate with the Area Managers regarding the sales activities and the achievement of sales forecasts.
Coordinate with the Finance Personnel for the timely payment to the suppliers.
External Work Relationships, Communications:
Communicate with customers/ major clients regarding their satisfaction with Al-Jeel’s products and services.
Communicate with the suppliers regarding the technical support, financial issues, DEMO stock, stock purchase, etc.
