Job Overview

The role holder is responsible for acting as B2C single point of contact for all technical-service requests with Technology & Operations Unit regarding requests related to Product services for Channels through the translation of business requirements into user stories. In addition, the role holder is responsible for managing the business acceptance testing and implementation of all business requirements, as well as the quality assurance tests. The role holder shall carry out his duties in accordance with the stipulated business policies and procedures.
Managerial Responsibilities 1- Participates in the development and implementation of the CEX, Digital & Channels Enablement Department plans, in line with the corporate objectives 2- Directs and manages the Channels Enablement Section mandates, providing leadership and facilitating work processes in order to achieve high performance standards 3- Interprets and implements change in the Channels Enablement Section providing guidance and support, necessary for continuous improvement 4- Ensures compliance with organizational policies, procedures and quality standards in the Channels Enablement Section Core Responsibilities 1- Acts as B2C single point of contact for all technical-service requests with Technology & Operations Unit in regard to the requests related to Product services for Channels. 2- Supports the prioritization of change requests based on the annual operating plan and revenue impact to ensure proper demand planning. 3- Engages other stakeholder to support managing different expectation and avoiding delays. 4- Manages the translation of business requirements into user stories through the analysis of new product as well as product updates and improvements with a focus on the main objective from the requirements for maximized business value. 5- Manages the analysis of existing functions and capabilities in order to optimize the resources utilization and enhance the delivery quality. 6- Manages conflicting/dependent requirements, and ensures its impact is assessed, before processing requests through the Technology delivery pipeline to avoid any hindering issues 7- Manages consistent reviews of configuration change requests to determine the feasibility of the requirements. 8- Supervises the implementation of configuration change request in single or multiple applications within the agreed SLAs. 9- Manages the business acceptance testing and implementation of all business requirements. 10- Ensures quality assurance tests for all user cases are adequately implemented to ensure that all business requirements are fulfilled. 11- Closely supervises the implementation of common frameworks to address greater percentage of requirements using configurations. 12- Develops domain experts to advise business and curate business requirements in order to ensure meeting business needs 13- Monitors and ensures timely follow-up with Technology & Operations on the development of B2C requests within assigned domain and manages coordination with various stakeholders to ensure speedy execution of requests. 14- Implements the SLAs between B2C and Technology & Operations units regarding technical requests, and ensure it is executed in accordance with the agreed upon terms and conditions. 15- Ensure liaison between business requester and Technology Unit for product development initiatives to ensure business requirements are comprehended accurately. People Management Responsibilities 1- Defines goals and key performance indicators for each member of the team and ensures effective application of the STC performance management process. 2- manpower in the Channels Enablement Section, in line with the business and operational plans. 3- Ensures high level of employee engagement and capability development by providing on-going feedback and coaching team members within the Channels Enablement Section.
