Job Overview

Job Summary:

To execute overall business development initiatives and attract new clients in public and private sector to meet SDAIA’s growth targets

Responsibilities & Accountabilities:

To execute overall business development initiatives and attract new clients in public and private sector to meet SDAIA’s growth targets
Keep abreast of the latest business development techniques and trends for implementation at SDAIA
Generate knowledge of SDAIA’s product and service offerings to communicate confidently to clients
Plan and oversee initiatives to attract new clients in public and private sector to meet SDAIA’s growth targets
Attend conferences, meetings, and industry events to develop new networks and pursue strategic business leads to achieve growth
Identify new markets and ways of improving sales for business development through researching new business leads for the growth of the business
Understand client needs and requirements to suggest relevant services that serve their needs
Develop quotations and sales proposals for clients in line with requirements
Maintain relationships and continuous communication with existing and potential clients and address needs effectively
Ensure alignment with the concerned teams on client requirements that cannot be served with the current portfolio
Resolve issues that arise with clients ensuring client satisfaction and value for SDAIA
Evaluate success of business development efforts and enforce improvement or corrective actions for future enhancements and innovation
Conduct day-to-day activities while ensuring compliance to policies and procedures
Contribute to the identification of opportunities for continuous improvement of systems, processes taking into account leading practices, changes in business environment, cost reduction and productivity improvement
Establish working relationships with relevant internal stakeholders
Collect feedback from internal stakeholders on issues being faced and other requirements
Contribute to the preparation of progress reports directed to all relevant stakeholders to keep them informed of progress

Job Requirements:

Minimum 3 years of experience in business lead generation and sales
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
A bachelor’s Degree in Marketing or Business Administration or equivalent is required
