Job Summary & Responsibilities
A semi-government organization representing one of the most important initiative as part of the 2030 kingdom vision working on Regulatory Affairs for a very important sector in the Saudi market is hiring Business Development Manager.
Brainstorming with strategy team to create new project strategies
Reviewing timeframes and budgets
Executing department objectives
Managing department projects
Finding and following new initiatives
Arranging business meetings and one-on-one conversations with prospective partners
Preparing technical articles for partnerships agreement
Building and develop long-term plans
Managing records revenue, and other important data
Making professional decisions in a fast-paced environment
Cultivating positive interactions and relationships with partnerships department manager, team leaders and managers within organization, and executives to evaluate strategy and results
Motivating BD department team to exceed expected goals
Developing ways to improve organization revenue
Researching the market and industry trends
Targeting potential clients to establish rapport and arrange meetings.
Planning and overseeing new organization initiatives.
Researching organizations and individuals to find new opportunities and ideas.
Increasing the value of current initiatives.
Finding and developing market and improving services.
Attending conferences, meetings, and industry events.
Developing quotes and proposals for department GM.
Developing goals for the development team and business growth and ensuring they are met.
Experience & Qualifications

Eager to expand the organization with new initiatives
Able to analyze data and statistics and translate results into better solutions
Excellent verbal and written communication skills (Arabic and English)
Able to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively
Self-motivated and self-directed
Experienced at preparing and presenting quarterly goals and forecasts for future projects
Comfortable in both a leadership and team-player role
Creative problem solver who thrives when presented with a challenge
Bachelor’s degree in business, administration, or related field
Three to five years of previous experience in sales, management, customer service, finance, administration, or related field
Demonstrated and proven results
Proficient computer skills, Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Excel)
Fluent communication in person, on the phone and in email
