We are looking to hire 3 ARABIC Speaker Business Development Managers. Each one experienced in Information Technology Sales and outsourcing to the following industries and posesses the following sales knowledge:

Healthcare
Relevant Experience and knowledge with the Healthcare industry and related technologies
The Business Development Manager should have deep knowledge of the Healthcare Industry and different solutions applicable to the industry with good relation and knowledge of the solution vendors.
“go-getter” attitude with at least 5 to 8 years of aggressive IT sales experience (Solution selling, IT services, outsourcing)
Must have closed deals worth over $5 million
Strong experience in proposal writing and negotiation skills for deals worth over $5 million
Demonstration of a consistent over-achievement of client acquisition and sales revenue targets
Ability to achieve aggressive deadlines and sales targets
Able to professionally and confidently communicate with C-Level Executives
BSC degree or equivalent

Financial services and Banking:
Relevant Experience and knowledge with the FSI Financial Services Industry (FSI) and related technologies including AML, Core Banking, Payment Gateways, Insurance solutions, Omni Channel, FATCA requirements, ATM and Virtual Banking
Ability to generate revenue by identifying pain points and suggesting suitable products or services.
“go-getter” attitude with at least 5 to 8 years of aggressive IT sales experience (Solution selling, IT services, outsourcing)
Must have closed deals worth over $5 million
Strong experience in proposal writing and negotiation skills for deals worth over $5 million
Demonstration of a consistent over-achievement of client acquisition and sales revenue targets
Ability to achieve aggressive deadlines and sales targets
Able to professionally and confidently communicate with C-Level Executives
BSC degree or equivalent

Utilities and Telecom
Relevant Experience and knowledge with the Utilities and Telecom and Transportation industry and related technologies including Billing, CRM, Omni Channel, Intelligent meters, In, 5G technology, Asset Management, Road Safety solutions, Workforce Management, Fleet Management.
Demonstrated and proven sales results
Creative talents and the ability to solve tough problems
The ability to handle pressure and meet deadlines
Skill in prioritizing and triaging obligations
Ability to generate revenue by identifying pain points and suggesting suitable products or services.

The business development will focus on customer acquisition, lead generation, and prospect management, as this role will garner and meet with potential clients. The business development manager will be responsible to research client business referrals, network, and web leads; provide prospective customers/clients with all services offered and additional presentations as needed, and work with clients to create solutions for their needs and consult throughout the sales process. Must be energetic, well- spoken, and eager to close sales and increase revenue.
