Business Development Executive

Job Overview

Establish mutiple relationships in main accounts with proper deep analysis of contacts map in each main account
Develop Vertical accounts such as Government, Police, Banks, Energy, etc., specify HIKVISION name in their preferred Vendor list and close the deal
Hold and prepare co-marketing activities with specified accounts along with marcom team, like case studies, events, seminars and workshops
Push and maintain Hikvision solutions experience in specified accounts, through hold training sessions to them by Hikvision product’s team
Open contact channels with all related contacts in specified accounts including highest position in it
Promote strategic products among specified accounts, and suppor products manager in collecting information to develop and improve product‘s sales
Maintain the relationship among System integrators, Distributors and HIKVISION
Closely work with the consultants and specify HIKVISION name in their preferred Vendor List (PVL) for their ongoing & future projects
Locate and propose potential business deals by contacting endusers
Close new business deals by coordinating requirements; developing and negotiating contracts; integrating contract requirements within business operations
Update job knowledge by participating in educational opportunities; reading professional publications specific to our industry and maintains personal networks to keep abreast with the latest technologies
Provide required reports to Business Development Director with high accurate information; including account’s structure, contacts, opportunities, etc.

Job Responsibilities:

Need Solid network with major government entities & enterprises; with established presence within the System Integrators (SIs)
Experience in a Sales driven position in CCTV industry and familiarity with the project market
Should have Strong selling skills, ability to listen and tailor make presentations to meet. customer’s needs
Excellent communication skills in Arabic & English, both verbal and written.
Persistent, pro-active and able to drive the business independently
Ability to effectively motivate team and drive sales in a time sensitive environment
Competitive to achieve his targets efficiently
Strong public speaking skills, multi-tasking and time management skills
Collaborator, responsive in Hikvision and aggressive
