Our client, a well-established Islamic Bank in Kuwait is hiring into their digital banking retail tribe and looking to hire a Business Analyst to translate business requirements into technical requirements for complex digital banking systems. This role will collaborate with product owners as well as existing IT teams using agile and/or waterfall methodologies.
The ideal candidate would come from a similar position and understand the responsibilities and leadership qualities of a Business Analyst.
Communicate effectively with team members to achieve project goals.
Work closely with the technical team throughout the development process.
Schedule and lead meetings to identify issues and solutions.
Support the business unit analyzing processes & requirements while recommending business solutions.
Work closely with digital team to plan, build and rollout digital applications.
Implement and test enhancements made on the systems.
Support the Product Owner for transitioning and hand over to BAU.
Bachelors in a relevant field.
Minimum 4 to 7 years of experience as a Business Analyst in the banking or financial services industry.
Strong knowledge of Agile principles and process.
In-depth understanding of industry market conditions and trends.
Outstanding verbal and written communication skills in English and Arabic preferred.
Successful track record and working within deadlines.
