Experience :04 to 10 yrs
Identifying and sourcing of new clients for the liner agency activity.
Sourcing appointments through sales call / cold calls with clients on a day to day basis.
Generating enquiries from prospective clients and offer our rates.
Updating sales reports to the management on a daily basis.
Ensure to meet the targets set by the company.
Help build a well-developed and high-performing team that works together collaboratively.
Collaborate with the team to ensure the company is providing consistently excellent products and service, and that the environment is inviting and well-stocked
Adhere to department/ company policies and procedures
Follow-up for the payments once the business get done and ensure that the payment is collected with the stipulated credit period offered.
Periodic review of the customers feedback and ensure to give the optimum level of service so to retain them in long run.
Skills and Qualifications
Proven experience in corporate sales management role in the liner / freight forwarding industry.
Strong leadership, communication, and collaboration skills
Competency in Microsoft Office, and CRM software administration
Knowledge of inventory management
Comfortable leading team-building initiatives
