Job Overview

The ideal candidate will assist in all areas of marketing lead generation and marketing support.

Perform cash flow forecasting, budgeting and working closely with General Manager in analysing margins, variances and cost analysis.
Respond to accounting inquiries from management in a timely fashion.
Prepare various financial statements for the General Manager
Preparing analyses of accounts and producing monthly reports as requested by the General Manager.
Manages the deployment and maintenance of new accounting, timekeeping, payroll, inventory, property, and other related procedures and controls.
Determining and managing monthly cash requirements.
Analyzing and interpreting results of monthly financial reports, including summarizing the results for the General Manager.
Monitor and record financial transactions according to company policies and regulations.
Review and recommend changes to existing accounting procedures.
Prepare and review payment vouchers & journal entries
Prepare and perform the preliminary review of monthly operating expenses and analysis of fluctuations.
Proactively and promptly respond to telephone and/ or email inquiries concerning outstanding or disputed invoices.
Ensure compliance of all SOPs provided or to be provided from the top-level management.
Assist in budget preparation and expense management activities for assigned accounts.
Assist in auditing activities by providing necessary information and preparing requested documentations.
Assist in the development and implementation of goals, policies, priorities, and procedures relating to financial management, budget, accounting, and/or payroll.
Maintain the accuracy of the VAT transactions on the accounting system.
Preparation of monthly, quarterly and annual reports.
Preparation of monthly, quarterly and annual budget execution reports.
Ensure on-time process on internal employees’ expenses reimbursement as per the approval process.
Recording, classifying and summarizing financial transactions and events in accordance with accepted local accounting principles and financial reporting standards as given by the head office.
Notifying & investigating and abnormalities in the disbursement of company funds.
Preparing salary files and reviewing with the HR and obtaining approval from the general manager and payment of staff salaries on a monthly basis.
Ensuring appropriate financial control in compliance with UAE legislation.
Supervising the day to day operation of the accounts department.
Calculation of sales incentives for the targets and performance incentives verified by the General Manager.
Control day to day review, check, authorize, prepares, sort, file, email invoices to clients, receipt, correspondence, and other related documents to the client, follow up with payments, record and reconciles bank statements (related to receivables) and coordinate the monthly closing exercise as scheduled.
Prepares analysis and summaries of accounts receivable and reconcile with bank statements.
Safekeeping and depositing collection money to the bank in a timely manner.
Resolve accounts discrepancies, reconcile customers balances.
Correspond with customers and respond to inquiries, acts as a liaison between related departments and customers.
Monitor and match balances between the sales module and the GL posting accounts.
Maintaining historical records related to payments and receipts.
Preparing the input Tax credit report and ensuring all documentations are in place for the same.
Maintain petty cash float and prepare monthly reconciliation with internal customers and the GL.
Ensure the safety of petty cash/cash in hand, and cheques and other documents.
Research and resolve invoice discrepancies and issues.
Track expenses and ensure allocation to the right expense.
Perform other duties within the context of the job roles asked by the General Manager or the Group CEO


Minimum Bachelor’s degree
3+ years’ working in Automotive Garage, Apparel & Fashion, Luxury Goods & Jewelry (Perfume)
Excellent written and verbal communication
Ability to manage multiple priorities
Knowledge of ERPs
Driving License (Preferred)
Salary AED 4000 to AED 7000
