We are looking for an Account Manager (Enterprise Sales) with working experience in Services indstry (Telecom/IT) to support clients and manage sales activities. The responsibilities of Sales Account Manager include :
a) Lead generation through tele-calling, personal contacts and references, fixing meetings and calendar including existing customers to upsell
b) Arranging and carrying out meetings/presentations to present and discuss corporate services with prospective customers
c) Acquiring/signing new corporate accounts and following up with these to ensure sustained revenue increase
d) Prepare the required forms, proposals, quotations and other documentation for customers to aid in signup
e) Account management of the existing and new customers with adequate follow-up to promote usage and resolve customer issues
g) Providing sales and pipeline reports on a daily/weekly/adhoc basis in the agreed format
