Account Executive

Job Overview

We are looking for a dynamic, high-performing Account Executive to look over our client accounts. The role demands leveraging working relationships across clients as you will have to maintain a high level of client satisfaction by meeting all their goals and the company’s ones.


Maintain and build strong relationships with the key accounts
Handle day-to-day activities for assigned E-commerce clients
Conduct strategic account planning and market studies
Execute tasks based on strategic direction
Understand the business objectives, processes, and support the needs of clients and prospects.
Develops clear and effective proposals/quotations/reports for current and prospective clients
Evaluate digital/social media plan according to the client needs
Initiate and lead project meetings
Coordinate with the internal teams on delivering client’s expectations
Preparation of sales forecast, market research reports


Bachelor’s degree in marketing/business administration or related field
Previous experience in digital marketing/account management (2 years)
Arabic is a plus
Proficient in Ms. Office tools, tech-savvy
Analytical reporting skills
Effective Time Management
Well organized
Great problem solver
Works well in a team
Good communication skills
Strong negotiator
