We are seeking a Tele Contract Representative to join our Human Resources team. As a Tele Contract Representative, you will play a crucial role in supporting the company’s recruitment and staffing efforts. This position will require excellent communication skills, as you will be responsible for reaching out to potential job candidates and conducting initial screening interviews over the phone. You will be the first point of contact for candidates, providing them with information about the job opening and answering any questions they may have.   • Conduct phone interviews with potential job candidates
  • Screen, interview, and assess potential hires for job fit
  • Maintain a pipeline of potential hires and ensure accurate candidate tracking in the database
  • Assist with recruitment activities such as job postings and career fairs
  • Provide excellent candidate care by staying in touch with applicants throughout the hiring process
  • Make offers to successful candidates
  • Complete all necessary training to become an expert on the company culture, job roles, and requirements


  • Bachelor’s degree in HR or related field preferred
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Proven organizational skills with strong attention to detail
  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
  • Familiarity with HR procedures and policies
  • Previous experience in recruitment or staffing preferred
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and HR software
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information in a professional manner.
