Jobholders at this level may be regarded as a source of expertise and are responsible for developing frameworks, policies, and operational plans. They also analyze complex issues, understand business needs, bring together multiple concepts and translate them into tangible actions and support to enhance performance of the function

Education and Experience Requirements:

  • A minimum of 6 years of relevant experience
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management, or equivalent is required
  • Master’s degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or equivalent is preferre

Key Activities:

  • Support HC Center of Excellence function in developing succession planning strategy and framework as well as career management model and paths based on gaps assessment and in line with leading practices
  • Identify critical roles at ZATCA to ensure readiness of successors to fill these positions
  • Identify high-potential employees and successors to the identified roles as per the succession planning framework, policies and procedures
  • Assess the readiness of successors and develop/update their succession development plans
  • Develop ZATCA leadership coaching programs for senior management and executives, as well as needed methodologies and specifications for proper and standardized implementation
  • Assess employee leadership capabilities and accordingly develop a long list of personnel that require leadership coaching
  • Execute ZATCA mentorship programs for entry-level and low-level employees in line with defined specifications and implementation methodologies
  • Collect, review and analyze employee performance result reports and accordingly define employees’ promotions, salaries adjustments, long-term incentives, and seizures
  • Work closely with Total Rewards and Talent Management function to review and finalize promotions, compensations and benefits decisions
  • Implement reward and promotions decisions/cycles in coordination with the Payroll and Benefits Administration function ensuring proper execution of new decisions
