Job Description

Working as a team of three, you will define a path to improve governance and management across the Project and Asset Lifecycles: from conception to design, construction, handover, operations, and maintenance for physical and digital assets. This will be achieved by engaging diverse stakeholders to assess the Project and Department’s current approach to understand the people, processes, and data; define and agree desired future state. Identify the gaps; then develop and prioritise a set of initiatives to drive the transition. This work will integrate design deliverables with project and asset information to optimize delivery and value of all water assets.RequirementsDemonstrated experience:

  • Mega/Giga Infrastructure Projects
  • Leading and driving consulting projects
  • Developing approaches by analyzing and synthesizing information and observations.
  • Mapping and Improving, Business and Project Processes
  • Engage and build strong relationships with senior stakeholders

This work will draw on abilities to:

  • Define and drive a consulting project.
  • Define data objects and map information flows
  • Analyze and present data via dashboards—SharePoint, PowerBI, PowerApps.
  • Asset and GIS data
  • Define and implement project governance and controls processes, for effective: scheduling (4D), Microsoft Project and Primavera P6; and, estimating and accounting, for budgets and cash-flows.
  • Understand and incorporate engineering design and quality processes including operability and maintainability.
  • Use and understand Building Information Models (BIM), Geographic Information Systems (GIS), and Digital Twins.
