A DAY IN THE LIFE …:

  • Chooses target consumers by using attractiveness and ability to win, develops consumer insight, understands target consumer perceived values of brands and leads on consumer studies to unlock consumer gaps.
  • Develop consumer compass (brand purpose, brand demand space,consumer target, emotional & functional benefits, brand personality, attributes and values). Defines brand vision, strategies and plans to bring the brand purpose to life
  • Leads All type of research, packaging, promo planning & execution, and CSV initiatives related to her/his brand
  • Understands shopping behaviours and motivations of target consumers and design shopping experiences that delight consumers / shoppers. Develops brand portfolio strategy (brand extensions & Formats), Lead on pricing and promotional strategy, proposes brand portfolio for key channels and key customers
  • Ensures consumer centricity, develop and successfully execute Bigger, Bolder and Better innovation & renovation for her/his brands
  • Manages the development and execution of strong functionally aligned brand and ICP/GB plans, responsible for the performance, health and strategic alignment with the LTP. Understands business impact and prioritizes PFME and TTS investment of her/his brands, as well as defining a robust pipeline of Waste Elimination Initiatives.
  • Responsible for the development of ultimate brief and Big Ideas, engagement strategies and the creation of attractive and rewarding brand communication and experiences. Works in partnership with communication agencies and ensures all brand communication contributes to enhancing the company image of trusted NHW leader.
  • Demonstrate leadership and manage cross functional teams (Finance, SC, Event managemnt, factories, R&D, etc) across multiple projects to achieve brands plans.

WHAT MAKES YOU SUCCESSFUL:

  • Minimum 6-8 years experience in marketing and 2 years in other function ideally in Sales at Nestlé or equivalent FMCG
  • Experience in leading and managing projects
