Position: Sea Mobility Engagement ManagerReports to: Head of Sea MobilitySector: Authority – Infrastructure
Job Location: Sharma, KSA
Role Purpose: To manage and orgianise the corporate performance of the Sea Mobility Team and its members.
KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES & ACTIVITIES:
- Processes documents in accordance with NEOM policies & procedures
- Control and organize all the correspondence related to Sea Mobility
- Handle archiving activities (digital & hard copies) with retention of documents / records as per NEOM policies
- Completion of assigned requests including processes of documents for revision and approval
- Manage shared folders for team and ensure proper administration of access authorization
- Carries out tasks identified by the line management in a cost effective, timely and professional manner
- Liaising with Sea Mobility employees, HR, finance, other functions, departments & stakeholders as required
- Monitors the distribution and reconciliation of documents
- Installation and operation of project library including shared folder, data backup with support of concerned functions
- Support engagement with stakeholders and events management
- Develop and operate systematic document management control
- Prepare periodic reports & updates for activities of Sea Mobility department
- Performs other duties related to the job as assigned by the direct manager

Qualifications And Experience.
- Bachelor’s degree in related disciplines
- Background in relationship management is a plus
- Written and verbal English
