In This Role You Will
- Ensure all compensation and benefit programs, policies, and procedures comply with current legislation.
- Develop and implement new compensation programs, policies, and procedures. Develop and maintain Pay and Allowances Manual, contracts, Terms & Conditions and ensure these documents are continuously and accurately updated.
- Manage new businesses, Mergers & Acquisitions and start-ups, in addition to existing business.
- Manage the overall research, design and implementation of new or revised remuneration packages to attract, engage and motivate employees.
- Manage budget planning, cost estimation, pay processes and industrial relations activities within the scope of work.
- Monitor the effectiveness of existing compensation and benefit practices and recommend changes that are cost-effective and consistent with compensation trends and firm objectives.
- Manage end to end market research and benchmarking activities to ensure organisational compensation objectives are achieved.
- Provide advice on pay structures, pay decisions, and pay policies. Evaluate and modify existing compensation programs, policies, and procedures.
- Provide advisory service to the Business, wider HR and Line Managers on pay policy matters. Communicate effectively with stakeholders across all levels to ensure everyone is kept up to date.
Qualifications & Experience
To be considered for this role, you must meet the below requirements:
- A degree or honours in a related subject (HR, Business, Humanities) and 8+ years in a compensation and benefits role
- Demonstrable experience designing and delivering remuneration programmes
- Experience working in a global, complex organisation
