Our Client

Halian are hiring for an experienced ARABIC SPEAKING Project Manager to join a large digital transformation consultancy in Saudi Arabia, to lead transformative projects that redefine digital strategies. You will play a crucial role in orchestrating and delivering complex digital transformation projects. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, clients, and stakeholders to ensure projects are executed successfully, on time, and within budget. The ideal candidate is a strategic thinker with a strong background in IT project management, a proven track record of leading projects from inception to completion, and a passion for driving innovation.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead end-to-end project management of digital transformation initiatives, ensuring the delivery of high-quality solutions that align with client objectives.
  • Collaborate with clients to understand their business goals, challenges, and technological requirements, translating them into comprehensive project plans.
  • Define project scope, goals, deliverables, and resource requirements in collaboration with cross-functional teams.
  • Develop and manage detailed project schedules, milestones, and budgets, tracking progress and taking proactive measures to mitigate risks.
  • Allocate resources efficiently and effectively, ensuring the right expertise is available at each project phase.
  • Coordinate and communicate project status updates, issues, and risks to stakeholders, providing clear insights into project health and progress.
  • Foster strong relationships with clients, serving as the main point of contact and maintaining open lines of communication.
  • Manage change requests and scope changes, evaluating their impact on project timelines, budgets, and resources.
  • Employ project management best practices and methodologies to drive continuous improvement and operational excellence.
  • Identify and implement process improvements to streamline project delivery and enhance client satisfaction.
  • Mentor and guide junior team members, fostering their growth and development within the organization.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in digital transformation and project management.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Management, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).
  • Proven experience (7+ years) in IT project management, preferably within a digital transformation or technology consultancy environment.
  • Strong familiarity with project management methodologies such as Agile, Scrum, and Waterfall.
  • PMP, PRINCE2, or similar project management certification is a plus.
  • Excellent organizational and leadership skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects concurrently.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities, including the capacity to interact effectively with clients and stakeholders at all levels.
  • Demonstrated success in driving projects to successful completion within scope, time, and budget constraints.
  • Analytical mindset with problem-solving skills and the ability to make data-driven decisions.
  • Proficiency in project management tools and software for planning, tracking, and reporting.
  • Adaptability to fast-paced and dynamic environments, with a passion for staying ahead of industry trends.
  • Experience in managing teams and mentoring junior staff members.
