Overview

Jobholders at this level are responsible for leading work activities and working autonomously with minor direction towards the governance, monitoring, controlling, and reporting of all ZATCA’s projects’ initiation, planning, execution, and closure in the fields of (including but not limited to) Strategy Planning, Ports and Facilities, Digital Transformation, Business Facilitation, and Strategic Pillars Portfolio Management; ensuring successful implementation and on-time delivery. This job entails the roles and responsibilities of both the Controlling and the Directive PMO types.

Jobholders oversee the implementation of the function’s operational plans and the provision of significant improvements to set policies, procedures, standards and reports.

Their main operational role includes updating ZATCA’s project management framework and guidelines, developing/ updating the master plan, facilitating the delivery of a group of projects, recommending corrective and preventative actions for projects’ risks and deviations, assessing change requests, attending respective project steering Committee meetings and ensuring decisions are implemented.

Years of Experience :

A minimum of 5 years of relevant experience

Education :

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or equivalent is required

Master’s degree in related field is preferred.
