About the Team

As down-to-earth strategic partners for GBS and Tiktok Monetization Product, the team drives business growth by identifying strategic directions and initiatives through data-driven analytics and deep insights on both internal operations and external market landscape; ensuring resources are properly deployed, managed, and utilized; promoting cross-functional and cross-regional business synergy.

Responsibilities:

– Develop monetization strategy for TikTok and other growing products in METAP (Middle East, Turkey, Africa and Pakistan) countries by partnering with key stakeholders across predominantly sales/commercial functions
– Define key performance metrics and set KPIs to drive business growth
– Track business progress and provide consistent optimization for the business operation
– Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure effective cooperation
– Conduct market research and provide insights to the business team
– Drive step change impact to revenue growth through developing and driving key initiatives (e.g., operating model changes)

Qualifications


– Min 3 years experience working for internet companies; management consulting; experience in digital marketing would be preferred
– Previous experience in monetization to monetization, digital marketing
– Excellent communication and organizational skills, comfortable dealing with ambiguity and ability to structure complex issues to drive insights
– Experience of senior stakeholder management would be preferred
– Fast learner, highly entrepreneurial with a good sense of judgment and original thinking
– Fluency in English required; fluency in Arabic would be a distinct advantage
