KEY RESULTS ACCOUNTABILITIES# Oversee the Job Evaluation & Re-Evaluation in coordination with all concerned.# Oversees’ and monitor the preparation & implementation of “Nationalization Program” in the yearly manpowerplan, coordinate with DGHR with regard to Nationalization Status and its progress on periodic basis.# Ensure that job titles and organization structures for all RTA departments are up to date on GRP system forGovernment of Dubai.# Coordinate with GRPS to adopt changes in the GRP System.# Perform other responsibilities associated with the position as appropriate.# Manage the transfer and promotion of employees and ensure it is according to the policy and procedure.# Assist managers to define their manpower needs, integrate the requirements to the human resources &development plan and ensure the co-ordination with the recruitment manager for implementation.# Identify and analyse the manpower planning of entire RTA by applying the most appropriate methods forforecasting and estimating future manpower and available resources in order to prepare the annual manpowerbudget.# Evaluate, maintain and modify operating policies and systems consistent with best practices; achieveimprovement in annual manpower planning indicator measure.# Prepare & Present Manpower Reports to Higher Management with appropriate Recommendations.# Study and implement the Human Resources Law – manpower planning policy to ensure the rules andregulations are adhered with government authorities.# Participate in organizational development strategies and succession planning in coordination with the HRmanagement team.# Manage the Job Descriptions for all RTA jobs and ensure they are updated and evaluated according to thecurrent structure.QualificationsKNOWLEDGE,SKILLS AND EXPERIECEEducation# Bachelor in Business Administration or relevant degree from a recognized UniversitySkills# Goal-driven leader who maintains a productive climate and confidently motivates, mobilizes, and coachesemployees to meet high performance standards.# Results-driven achiever with exemplary planning and organizational skills, along with a high degree of detailorientation.# Minimum 7 years of related experience# Flexible team player who thrives in environments requiring ability to effectively prioritize and juggle multipleconcurrent projects.# Innovative problem-solver who can generate workable solutions and resolve complaints.# Exceptional listener and communicator who effectively conveys information verbally and in writing.# Highly analytical thinking with demonstrated talent for identifying, scrutinizing, improving, and streamliningcomplex work processes.# Resourceful team player who excels at building trusting relationships with customers and colleagues.# Computer-literate performer with extensive software proficiency covering wide variety of applications.
