Overview

  • Responsible for building and maintaining close relationships with stakeholders in order to understand Saudi national interests, and their requirements.
  • Assist in maintain close relationships with senior officials and key members of stakeholders by organizing regular meetings to discuss the progress (including objectives and agendas) and identifying roadblocks and potential areas where the unit can support stakeholders to ensure continuous development of objectives.
  • Develop plans, industry trend analyses, reports, workshops, proposals and other documents as needed.
  • Assisting in developing and implementing best practices methods.
  • Review and conduct qualitative content analysis methods to related documents and information.
  • Assist in developing manuals and user guides for relevant stakeholders.
  • Conducting surveys and studying areas of collaborations.
  • Assist in Monitoring and evaluating plans and conducting follow-ups to insure alignment and compliance with all relevant stakeholders.
  • Make necessary arrangements to achieve proper logistical organization of industry meetings, presentations and events.
  • Support the planning and execution of visits and events through collaboration with the relevant local/ sector stakeholders. This includes involving them in foreign visits and events as necessary.

Academic Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, General Management, law, economics, Political Science, International Relations, Public Policy, International Business, or related field

Experience:

  • A minimum of 6 years of solid/extensive experience:
  • Extensive in-depth knowledge and Understanding of Saudi Eco system.
  • Experience in global business development and governmental multilateral committees.
  • Diverse/multi-cultural business industry

Knowledge:

  • Professional Stakeholder Management.
  • Advanced communication skills.
  • Analytical, critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to adopt fast base work environment and multitasking skills.
  • Project management skills.
  • Fluency in at least English and Arabic languages.
  • Basic understanding of the Saudi national interest and local – sector entities in KSA.
