Our client is looking for the same!Black & Grey HR is recruiting for one of the leading food manufacturing companies in Dammam, Saudi Arabia!Our client is seeking to hire an HRBP (Saudi National) who will align business goals with employees and factory management, ensuring that our people derive the intended value from HR through leading team and initiatives.Responsibilities:
- Weekly Business Unit Meetings: Conduct regular weekly meetings with respective business units to understand their HR needs and align strategies accordingly.
- Strategic Recruitment Initiatives: Design and implement strategic recruitment plans in compliance with local Saudization regulations to address the businesss staffing requirements.
- Employer Branding Strategy: Collaborate on the development of an impactful employer branding strategy to attract top talent and enhance the organizations reputation.
- HR Guidance and Consultation: Provide HR guidance to line management, offering expert advice on various HR matters to ensure effective decision-making.
- Data Analysis and Solution Development: Analyze HR trends and metrics to develop targeted solutions, programs, and policies that foster employee engagement and organizational growth.
- Contract Development and Terms: Develop contract terms for new hires, promotions, and transfers, ensuring clarity and alignment with organizational goals.
- Training and Executive Coaching: Identify training needs within business units and coordinate individual executive coaching programs to enhance leadership effectiveness.
- Work Relationship Enhancement: Collaborate closely with management to cultivate positive work relationships and promote a culture of high employee engagement.
- Employee Relations Management: Handle complex employee relations matters, conducting objective investigations and resolving issues to maintain a harmonious work environment.
- Performance Management Support: Assist the factory manager by offering day-to-day performance management guidance to line management, including coaching, counselling, and career development.
- HR Policy Guidance: Provide clear and accurate guidance on HR policies, ensuring consistent interpretation and application throughout the organization.
- Continuous Improvement: Continuously assess HR processes and practices, identifying opportunities for improvement to enhance overall HR efficiency and effectiveness.
- Regulatory Compliance: Ensure compliance with all relevant employment laws, regulations, and standards to mitigate legal risks and maintain ethical HR practices.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align HR initiatives with broader organizational goals and initiatives.
- Reporting: Generate relevant HR reports and metrics to provide insights into HR activities, trends, and progress to senior management.
Requirements- A minimum of a bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proficiency in both Arabic and English languages is mandatory.
- A minimum of 4 years of hands-on experience in a similar HR Business Partner role.
- Proven experience within the food and manufacturing industries.
- Working experience with HR Management Systems (HRMS)
- Proficient in a range of human resource disciplines, encompassing compensation practices, organizational diagnosis, employee relations, diversity, performance management, and employment laws.
