About the job

  • Track the attendance and leaves database of all staff and prepare closing monthly reports.
  • Create regular presentations and reports on HR Metrics such as turnover rates and more.
  • Ensure to approve and review all the income transactions ( such as overtime, any additions,etc) reports on time.
  • Participating in preparing the payroll.
  • Communicate with the employees if they have any queries.
  • Ensure Resignation letters are received by the employee who intends to leave.
  • Prepare the resigned employee final settlement and ensure it is done within the standard age timeline.

Requirements

  • Fresh Graduate.
  • Hold a Bachelor degree in HR.
