Purpose of the role:

The Human Resources Business Partner role will contribute to the company’s performance by providing tactical and strategic consulting on people and organization development strategies supporting the business objectives. Performs HR-related duties at the professional level while supporting the technology business unit. Will carry out responsibilities in the following functional areas: talent management, employee engagement, policy implementation, performance management, conflict resolution, career development, and succession planning.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Partner with the senior leaders to align the HR strategy based on the business goals
  • Act as an advisor to business through process design and approaches that support change and transformation
  • Analyzes trends and metrics in partnership with HR peers to develop solutions, programs, and policies.
  • Provides support to stakeholders on a variety of actions including employee engagement, policy implementation, talent development, and organizational development.
  • Conducts ongoing supply and demand analysis for business partners on current and future state staffing and skill needs and designs talent acquisition strategies to meet those needs. Actively participates in annual budget planning and/or forecasting processes with business partners.
  • Leads and/or supports annual HR cycle deliverables to include performance management; merit and bonus awards; benefits enrollment; etc.
  • Evaluates issues, patterns, and trends to provide proactive insights for HR solutions and program designs

Qualifications and Experience:

  • Minimum of 8 years of experience resolving complex employee relations issues.
  • Working knowledge of multiple human resource disciplines, including compensation practices, organizational development, employee engagement, diversity, performance management, and UAE Labor Laws
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred, Human Resources or related field)
  • Ability to effectively coach employees and management through complex and difficult issues
  • Ability to thrive in an ambiguous and rapidly changing environment
  • Ability to set high personal goals and work independently
  • Ability to organize, multi-task, and prioritize tasks
  • Ability to make recommendations to effectively resolve problems or issues
