We are looking for a professional Executive recruiter to source candidates for highly specialized positions. The successful candidate will be able to attract first-rate talent and to ensure lasting and successful placements. The goal is to exceed clients’ expectations and to add value to their business.

Main Responsibilities

  • Understand the job requirements and draft optimal Job Descriptions for senior-level roles within the organization.
  • Develop a suitable recruiting strategy.
  • Advertise for vacancies on professional networking sites such as LinkedIn, online job portals, and other consultancies for high-profile jobs.
  • Locate and network with candidates who would fit into the required skills and culture of the organization
  • Perform a background and reference check.
  • Document and record the interviews.
  • Attend career and networking events.
  • Partner with customers to get a clear view of their strategic and financial objectives and hiring needs
  • Research into client’s company, competitors, and market place
  • Map role criteria, define position description, and document specifications
  • Assess candidates to ensure qualification match, cultural fit, and compatibility
  • Follow up with clients and assist with the candidate’s transition and onboarding process
  • Network and build long-lasting client & candidate relationships
  • Research and develop recruiting leads


  • Bachelor’s Degree in HR, Business Administration, or similar
  • CIPD or SHARM is plus

Experience & Skills

  • Proven working experience in recruiting
  • Deep understanding of recruitment processes
  • Proficiency in using applicant tracking systems (ATS), recruiting software and candidate databases
  • Strong knowledge of candidate’s selection methods
  • Previous experience with candidate sourcing tools and methods
  • Excellent knowledge of area of expertise (market status, trends, best practices)
  • Client focusses along with relationship building skills
