Duties include ground supervision, preparing and monitoring department budget, contracts, and procurement actions. Enhancing NEOM values within the department by nourishing an exceptional working environment and ensuring stakeholder communications and satisfaction.The role will require a high level of interpersonal skills, diplomacy and a culturally proper attitude that perfectly embodies the NEOM mindset of diversity.Responsibilities

  • Manage, plan, direct, and control all non-clinical services activities in NEOM Hospital Complex including hard services, soft services, food services and support management services.
  • Plans, organizes, directs, and manage the activities of all non-clinical Services necessary to ensure the safe and efficient operation of NEOM Hospital Complex and to maintain a comfortable, secure, and efficient physical environment for patients, employees, healthcare staff and the public, in accordance with NEOM policies, procedures, standards and practices.
  • Plan, direct, monitor and supervise the non-clinical services and technical operations of the NEOM Hospital Complex including maintenance, janitorial, housekeeping, landscaping, food and beverage, complex community management and align with end users, administrative and program staff, contractors, and other stakeholders.
  • Present major facility plans including budgets and timelines for review by senior management and/or NEOM leadership.
  • Proponent of all non-clinical service Contracts at NEOM Hospital Complex. Responsible for all related procurement actions and service delivery compliance.
  • Build and manage the NEOM Hospital Complex hard services including preventive and reactive maintenance, MEP services, healthcare infrastructure maintenance services, and utility management services.
  • Managing the healthcare facilities regarding in all aspects including soft services, food services, and the Healthcare community as well as all facility and maintenance services.
  • Ensures continuous and innovative improvement of the operation services at all NEOM Hospital Complex facilities including Food and catering services, laundry services, housekeeping services, and waste management services.
  • Demonstrate advanced knowledge of healthcare facilities codes and standards and strive to enhance quality of services across all levels.
  • Monitor quality of services provided through service partner staff and contractors with focus on customer satisfaction

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or equivalent.
  • Masters degree is preferred
  • Minimum of 15 years’ experience in a healthcare operations role
  • Strong knowledge of Saudi Central Board for Accreditation of Healthcare Institutions (CBAHI) guidelines
  • Knowledge in Contract Management and Budget Preparations
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills
