KEY RESULTS ACCOUNTABILITIES:
# Dealing with all problems of the GRP human resources system for human resources management through
finding appropriate solutions related to human resources by coordinating with Digital Dubai
# Updating & preparing a file that includes all information of related employee’s personal data, transfer,
promotion, resignations, promotions, etc
# Ensuring that all requests received from various departments are aligned with the agreed service levels
# Responsible of assigning any access required in GRP across RTA from the HR point of view and control
# Coordinate with Information Technology Department regarding GRP systems and address these obstacles by
finding appropriate solutions
# Coordinate with the Finance Department for creating the Cost Centre for all organizations in RTA
# Generating & developing various reports through GRP related to employees and analyzing the data by assuring
the data is completed
Qualifications
KNOWLEDGE,SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE:
Education
# Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources/Business Administration from an accredited university – years of
working experience
Skills
# Exceptional listener and communicator who effectively conveys information verbally and in writing
# Resourceful team player who excels at building trusting relationships with customers and colleagues
# Computer-literate performer with extensive software proficiency covering wide variety of applications
