Job Description

  • Coordinating closely with the Commercial and Technical teams to ensure accurate and timely financial management of projects and related contracts.
  • Ability to use professional knowledge and skills in Transactional & Financial Accounting Principles, including AUC accounting, cost allocation, account reconciliations and controls at Group level
  • Provide oversight of project accounting activities to ensure compliance with established guidelines
  • Contribute to define the processes, policies, and procedures of the project costing function at the group level
  • Role in shared services function at the group level with respect to the project costing and project modules
  • Monitoring and reporting of the project budget, commitments and paid to date information or any other data/information which is required as per the Group’s reporting requirements
  • Work closely with commercial to define and support the financial capabilities of contractors for the project contract award purposes.
  • Close working with commercial and technical teams for project accruals and its analysis
  • Close working with commercial and technical teams for assets close out, asset register and capitalization of assets
  • Ability to lead system implementations related to project accounting
  • Ability to develop efficient processes and team management
  • Provide project reporting and analysis on all project
